Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
• Strategic Planning: Develop project strategies and detailed plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Over 25 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
