We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Design (ID) Engineer to join our team in Al-Ula and lead the interior design efforts of our projects.

Job Summary:

The Senior Interior Design Engineer will lead the design and implementation of interior design elements within construction projects. This role ensures that interior designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interior Design Leadership: Lead the development of interior design concepts and detailed designs that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Design Implementation: Oversee the execution of interior design plans, ensuring that all elements are installed correctly and to the highest standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring designs meet their expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure all interior design elements comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, including junior designers and contractors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into interior design projects.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for interior design elements, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all interior design activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, maintaining accurate records of all interior design activities.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design to drive innovation in project designs.

Qualifications:

Experience: Over 15 years of experience in interior design engineering within the construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED AP) are preferred.

Skills:

• Proven track record of leading interior design projects for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, and standards.
• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
