Follows up the standard of Supreme Committee Workers Welfare.
Handling employee grievances.
Handling welfare activities such as housing facilities, Recreation Facilities, Food & promote harmonious relation with workers, to increase workers productivity.
Counseling with employees of low productivity.
Arranging WWR from the workers community & always follow up the grievance /Suggestions. Conduct meeting with workers, Welfare Officer, WWR & Managements. Conduct employee induction & orientation programs.
Overall responsibility to Manage staff accommodation, Managing all administration, Security, Maintenance, Housing Facilities. Contract arrangement for new building, planning to purchase & installation material as per requirements. Mobilization staff as per company requirements and follow all standard (Supreme committee). Updating records of accommodation on daily basis. Audit of Accommodation, Catering & Sub contractors.
IN charge of Customer Care office to solve all employees’ problems & answering the phone call, emails etc. Documents control for all departments.
Receiving E-mails and instructions from Welfare Manager.
Specially assign duties for FIFA World Cup staff.
Support of Operation department to Dispatch of Buses for FIFA tournament.
