3. Torque Application: Use torque wrenches or other torquing tools to apply the specified amount of torque to bolts. This may involve manually tightening bolts or using powered torquing equipment, depending on the job requirements.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that each bolt is torqued correctly by using calibrated equipment and performing quality checks. This involves verifying the torque values using torque measurement devices, such as torque testers.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of torque values, bolt sizes, and other relevant information. Document any issues or discrepancies encountered during the torquing process.
6. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any problems related to torquing, such as stripped or damaged threads, defective fasteners, or equipment malfunctions. Report and address these issues appropriately.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, or supervisors to coordinate torquing activities, especially in large-scale projects where multiple teams may be involved.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following lockout/tagout procedures, and being aware of potential hazards.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on torquing tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest torquing techniques, tools, and industry best practices. Seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in Oil & Gas industry as Shes Auditor
• Int. recognized audit qualification; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• CSWIP 3.1, ASNT level 2
• Assure material is received in accordance with the PO requirements (Technical Specification, Codes, Material Standards, Certification, packaging, and physical condition) to determine conformity and conclude the inspection outcome.
• To refer to required specifications, codes, standards, or other Engineering Documents, drawings, and datasheets for carrying out the Inspection.
• Perform receiving inspections such as visual, dimensional, verification of markings, and review of Material Test Certificates / Inspection Release Notes in accordance with project specifications, codes/material standards,s and scope of work as noted in the PO and ITPs.
• Report item-wise visual, dimensional, quantities with UOM in the Inspection report with clear status (Accepted / Rejected) identified. If rejected, the reason for rejection shall be clearly mentioned in Inspection Report and advise for NCR.
• To ensure all Inspection completed packages shall be moved to INSPECTION COMPLETED Area and separate based on Accepted / NCR.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Servicing all equipment, machinery & vehicle as per the manufacturer’s practice.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management, allocation, maintenance, and fueling of equipment.
3. Arranging police escorts for equipment mobilization and demobilization inside RLIC.
4. Keep in contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and routine maintenance.
5. Carrying out inspection for all equipment/vehicles for the project according to Contractor Standards.
6. Assisting third party & Qatar Gas Inspectors to carry out the inspection for equipment, machinery & vehicles to obtain third party certification & project working permit.
7. Frequently attending all breaks downs & complaints in various sites & live plants inside RLIC.
8. Assigning technicians to attend to the breakdowns.
9. Overall checking of equipment/vehicles during service & repair Monitoring & scheduling all preventive & corrective maintenance activities on a daily basis as well as the IVMS reports.
10. Ordering Spare parts according to the requirements.
