Job Summary:

The Senior Architectural Engineer will lead architectural design efforts, ensuring innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements. This role involves collaborating with other engineers and project stakeholders to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into the overall project design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the development of architectural designs that are both innovative and functional, aligning with client requirements and project goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with structural, MEP, and other engineers to integrate architectural elements into the overall project design.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring designs meet their expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure architectural designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, including junior architects and drafters.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports, maintaining accurate records of all design activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into architectural projects.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in design.

Qualifications:

Experience: Over 15 years of experience in architectural engineering within the construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED AP, RA) are preferred.

Skills:

• Proven track record of leading architectural design efforts for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and standards.
• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
