  • CSWIP 3.1, ASNT level 2
  • Assure material is received in accordance with the PO requirements (Technical Specification, Codes, Material Standards, Certification, packaging, and physical condition) to determine conformity and conclude the inspection outcome.
  • To refer to required specifications, codes, standards, or other Engineering Documents, drawings, and datasheets for carrying out the Inspection.
  • Perform receiving inspections such as visual, dimensional, verification of markings, and review of Material Test Certificates / Inspection Release Notes in accordance with project specifications, codes/material standards,s and scope of work as noted in the PO and ITPs.
  • Report item-wise visual, dimensional, quantities with UOM in the Inspection report with clear status (Accepted / Rejected) identified. If rejected, the reason for rejection shall be clearly mentioned in Inspection Report and advise for NCR.
  • To ensure all Inspection completed packages shall be moved to INSPECTION COMPLETED Area and separate based on Accepted / NCR.

  4. Keep in contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and routine maintenance.
  5. Carrying out inspection for all equipment/vehicles for the project according to Contractor Standards.
  6. Assisting third party & Qatar Gas Inspectors to carry out the inspection for equipment, machinery & vehicles to obtain third party certiļ¬cation & project working permit.
  7. Frequently attending all breaks downs & complaints in various sites & live plants inside RLIC.
  8. Assigning technicians to attend to the breakdowns.
  9. Overall checking of equipment/vehicles during service & repair Monitoring & scheduling all preventive & corrective maintenance activities on a daily basis as well as the IVMS reports.
  10. Ordering Spare parts according to the requirements.
