Job responsibilities for a Business Development Officer with HR industry expertise:

5. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with HR professionals, recruiters, and subject matter experts to understand the organization’s capabilities and effectively position HR services to potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
6. Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiation efforts to secure new business partnerships, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure terms and conditions are favorable to the organization. Close deals and follow through with necessary paperwork and documentation.
7. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes: Stay abreast of HR industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulations. Adapt business development strategies and HR service offerings to align with changing market dynamics and compliance requirements.
8. Track and report on business development activities: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM systems. Generate regular reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.
9. Represent the organization at industry events: Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry-specific events to network with potential clients, build brand awareness, and establish the organization as a thought leader in the HR industry. Deliver presentations or participate in panel discussions to showcase expertise and promote HR services.
10. Continuously improve business development processes: Monitor the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives, seeking opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing sales and marketing strategies, enhancing client engagement, and increasing conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

• Qualification: Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry as Shes Auditor
• Int. recognized audit qualification; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• CSWIP 3.1, ASNT level 2
• Assure material is received in accordance with the PO requirements (Technical Specification, Codes, Material Standards, Certification, packaging, and physical condition) to determine conformity and conclude the inspection outcome.
• To refer to required specifications, codes, standards, or other Engineering Documents, drawings, and datasheets for carrying out the Inspection.
• Perform receiving inspections such as visual, dimensional, verification of markings, and review of Material Test Certificates / Inspection Release Notes in accordance with project specifications, codes/material standards,s and scope of work as noted in the PO and ITPs.
• Report item-wise visual, dimensional, quantities with UOM in the Inspection report with clear status (Accepted / Rejected) identified. If rejected, the reason for rejection shall be clearly mentioned in Inspection Report and advise for NCR.
• To ensure all Inspection completed packages shall be moved to INSPECTION COMPLETED Area and separate based on Accepted / NCR.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Servicing all equipment, machinery & vehicle as per the manufacturer’s practice.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management, allocation, maintenance, and fueling of equipment.
3. Arranging police escorts for equipment mobilization and demobilization inside RLIC.
4. Keep in contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and routine maintenance.
5. Carrying out inspection for all equipment/vehicles for the project according to Contractor Standards.
6. Assisting third party & Qatar Gas Inspectors to carry out the inspection for equipment, machinery & vehicles to obtain third party certification & project working permit.
7. Frequently attending all breaks downs & complaints in various sites & live plants inside RLIC.
8. Assigning technicians to attend to the breakdowns.
9. Overall checking of equipment/vehicles during service & repair Monitoring & scheduling all preventive & corrective maintenance activities on a daily basis as well as the IVMS reports.
10. Ordering Spare parts according to the requirements.
